Rain Rain Go Away...

It rained most of the day today. Yesterday was in the low 70's sunny and beautiful. Spring is in the air but today the rain was back.

Tomorrow shouldn't have too much rain and Saturday should be dry again.

Sunday the rain returns for several days.  Oh well, such is spring in the Northwest.

  1. Your weather sounds just like ours Mike. One day sun and then rain. We were dodging tornados last evening!! But I did take my first solo ride on my Iron Wednesday! It was perfect. I'm in love!

  2. Eve,
I didn't think Alabama weather was so crazy! I guess it is tornado season there but first you dealt with all the snow now tornados. Glad you got to ride and enjoy it. Hope you get nice weather this weekend!

  3. I love the second one posted - Great simplicity...and you got the logo upside right :)
You and Irondad sure do seem to find the loneliest parking garages!

...and Eve, Tornados! Eek!! But I'm glad you got a ride in. Way to go!

  4. Thanks Kari. During the week it's pretty easy to find a lonely-looking spot in a parking garage. We should make that some sort of blog theme. I can't think of any around Salem though. I'll bet Eugene has some. Yeah, that's it, I'll have to check out Eugene! :)

  5. Ok, I'm trying to revive a memory from one of your previous posts. Is that parking structure the one in Tigard that overlooks Toys R Us?

I'm teaching this weekend. Thursday I rode in the rain which included going to class. Today it was dry. I really hope the rain holds off until after noon!

Weirdly enough, the only parking structures in Eugene I can think of are underground.

  6. That's the one. It's up on the 2nd floor in the northwest corner. The motorcycle parking spot is in the northeast corner.

I think it's supposed to be raining early (when I go to the jail) then showers the rest of the day. I don't know how you do those classes in the rain.

Actually, the new Sacred Heart @ Riverbend has a parking structure. I've been in this one but in the car. And the one by the university also has one. I think I've seen at least one downtown too. Man, I'll have to check these out!
