Although here in the Northwest we didn't have the blackberry crop like usual and they say that bears are foraging in different areas.

Watch out for that road debris!Mikehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11946652999166458805noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6457055405703365212.post-72382934903979445392010-10-14T03:49:45.330-07:002010-10-14T03:49:45.330-07:00I had a nail once but never hit a bear!! I did how...I had a nail once but never hit a bear!! I did however hit a cardboard box. It was that or a car...it was a pretty flat box so no issue with that. It's good when you have to experience something challenging and it turns out ok in the end.Evehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06554593974838511759noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6457055405703365212.post-21599655470970212222010-10-13T22:24:16.227-07:002010-10-13T22:24:16.227-07:00Kari,

We naturally don't do anything about unknown hazards yet they exist. Without getting too philosophical, it's interesting how most things seem to hold together when all the while I think I'm holding it all together.

Three cars wide on a 2-lane road seems kind of daring for you. :)Mikehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11946652999166458805noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6457055405703365212.post-40822130781901783442010-10-13T21:10:06.207-07:002010-10-13T21:10:06.207-07:00I had a nail in my Suzuki once, but fortunately it...I had a nail in my Suzuki once, but fortunately it didn't lose air and we noticed it as it was sitting in the garage. On the other hand, I don't really know how long it may have been in there.

Most of my close calls, I didn't have time do anything. It was over before I could react. I have been three cars wide on a 2-lane road - that was a little exciting (they were passing). Of course the ones I don't know about...I didn't do anything. :)Bluekathttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13485258388887249275noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6457055405703365212.post-78315573912450508932010-10-13T20:41:44.602-07:002010-10-13T20:41:44.602-07:00Stacey,

by the way...Oh wow Mike - glad you were kept safe.

by the way - my first thought when I saw the heavy metal was music - and I thought that the music would be better than a nail in my tire - but then again - i can't stand that kind of music!!

Sorry you had that happen!Dawning Inspirationhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12041699277471877081noreply@blogger.com
